Iron Seared Burger Combo

Burger Ingredients:

  • Ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pitmasters Smokeshow - Smoky & Sweet BBQ Rub
  • Hamburger buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)

Burger Sauce Ingredients:
