Feathered Feast Seasoned Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Feathered Feast seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Sear the Chicken:
- In a large pot or soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with 1 tablespoon of Feathered Feast seasoning. Sear the chicken until it's browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

Sauté the Vegetables:
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.

Add Broth and Water:
- Pour in the chicken broth and water. Stir to combine.

Simmer:
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Cook Noodles:
- Add the egg noodles to the pot and continue simmering for another 8-10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and tender.

Return Chicken:
- Return the seared chicken pieces to the pot and let them heat through for a few minutes.

- Season the soup with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Feathered Feast seasoning, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with rosemary if desired.
