Feathered Feast Seasoned Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 2 tablespoons Feathered Feast seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)


  1. Sear the Chicken:

    • In a large pot or soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken pieces and season with 1 tablespoon of Feathered Feast seasoning. Sear the chicken until it's browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables:

    • In the same pot, add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  3. Add Broth and Water:

    • Pour in the chicken broth and water. Stir to combine.
  4. Simmer:

    • Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Cook Noodles:

    • Add the egg noodles to the pot and continue simmering for another 8-10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and tender.
  6. Return Chicken:

    • Return the seared chicken pieces to the pot and let them heat through for a few minutes.
  7. Season and Garnish:

    • Season the soup with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Feathered Feast seasoning, and add salt and pepper to taste.
    • Garnish with rosemary if desired.
  8. Serve:

    • Ladle the Chicken Noodle Soup into bowls and enjoy!
