Cajun Blackened Salmon

Cajun Blackened Salmon

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Brush with a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle a generous amount of Gun'z & Grillz Blackening Cajun Seasoning on both sides of the salmon. Add minced garlic on top if desired.

  3. Air Fry: Place the seasoned salmon fillet in the preheated air fryer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is flaky, checking for doneness with a fork. Add an extra 1-2 minutes if needed.

  4. Serve: Once cooked, let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.

Cucumber, Tomato, and Avocado Salad with Italian Dressing:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Wash and dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the avocado. Chop the fresh cilantro.

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.

  3. Dress the Salad: Drizzle the salad with your preferred amount of Italian dressing. Begin with a couple of tablespoons and adjust to your liking. Gently toss until well coated.

  4. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, taking into account the flavors of the Italian dressing.

  5. Chill (Optional): Refrigerate the salad for about 15-30 minutes for a chilled version.

  6. Serve: Plate the salad alongside your Cajun Blackened Salmon. The Italian dressing will contribute a zesty and herby flavor to the vegetables, creating a delicious and well-balanced side.

Enjoy your delicious and straightforward meal!
