Directions: Add contents to 2.5 gallons of warm water, stir until dissolved, chill to 40°F. Inject large cuts well, submerge & refrigerate 7 days. Remove & discard brine. Dry in refrigerator for 24 hours. Rub with your favorite Jinx'em Harvest Blends seasoning and smoke to 155°F internal temperature.
