  1. For the Lemon Garlic Sauce, melt 1/4 cup butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add 4 cloves minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, and 1/4 cup chicken broth, simmering for 3-4 minutes, before adding 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and simmering for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened
  2. For the BBQ Sauce, combine 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a medium saucepan, simmering over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until thickened
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at 375-400°F (190-204°C)
  4. In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of chicken wings with 2 tablespoons olive oil, then sprinkle with 3 tablespoons Hunter's Reserve Grilling Rub, ensuring an even coating
  5. In another large bowl, toss the other 2 pounds of chicken wings with 2 tablespoons olive oil, then sprinkle with 3 tablespoons Pitmasters Smokeshow - Smoky & Sweet BBQ Rub, ensuring an even coating
  6. Place all 4 pounds of wings on the grill at once (if your grill can hold them) and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  7. Remove all wings from the grill and set aside
  8. Toss half of the Hunter's Reserve wings in the Lemon Garlic Sauce (or brush it on), then place them back on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side to caramelize
  9. Toss half of the Pitmasters Smokeshow wings in the BBQ Sauce (or brush it on), then place them back on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side to caramelize
  10. Remove all Hunter's Reserve wings from the grill, place on a serving platter, drizzle any remaining Lemon Garlic Sauce over the sauced wings, and garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped parsley if desired
  11. Remove all Pitmasters Smokeshow wings from the grill, place on a serving platter, and drizzle any remaining BBQ Sauce over the sauced wings, enjoying the bold, tangy, smoky, and sweet flavors.
