Turkey Salad – Feathered Feast is our favorite way to turn leftover turkey into a whole new meal instead of yet another reheat. Shredded turkey gets folded into a creamy dressing and hit with Jinx’em Harvest Blends Feathered Feast, giving it rich flavor and a warm golden color from the blend. Crunchy celery, apples, nuts, and a few dried cranberries make it feel like a full harvest plate in salad form. Pile it on toasted bread, roll it into a wrap, or scoop it with crackers or over greens—either way, it’s an easy, high-flavor way to stretch your bird a few more meals.

  1. Add the chopped or shredded turkey to a medium bowl sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Feathered Feast and toss to coat the meat evenly
  2. In a separate small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise Greek yogurt mustard lemon juice or vinegar and 1 more teaspoon Feathered Feast to make the dressing taste and add up to 1 extra teaspoon Feathered Feast if you want a bolder flavor
  3. Add the celery onion apple or grapes dried cranberries and nuts to the turkey bowl and mix lightly
  4. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated adjust with salt black pepper or a splash more lemon juice if needed
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together
  6. Serve the turkey salad on bread or croissants in wraps with crackers or over a bed of greens
