- Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1-inch wide
- In a shallow dish, combine the Wildfire - Sweet, Bold, & Spicy Rub, Fiesta Frenzy - Southwestern Rub, and Flyin' High - Seasoned Salt, then add the crushed corn flakes and mix until evenly distributed
- Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken strips, ensuring they are lightly coated, then dredge each strip in the seasoning-cornflake mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with avocado oil or line it with parchment paper
- Arrange the coated chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F)
